Each piece SALVÁREA is made by hand with slow and artisan processes, which is why the production of the pieces can take between 1 and 2 business weeks when they are not in stock. When you purchase one of our pieces we will make it thinking especially of you, wait for them!
We firmly believe that it is not necessary to continue extracting raw materials from our planet, but that there are alternatives that help us to reuse, recycle and choose renewable materials to reduce our impact on ecosystems. That's why we only use Sterling Silver extracted from x-rays. This process is carried out with different substances that generate less environmental impact than that produced by mining.
The time and cost of shipping depends on the shipping company and the delivery address.saw.
Nationals: Once your order is processed, your order may take 1 to 2 business days to major cities. For distant populations it can take between 2 and 3 business days.
The cost of shipping to other locations must be covered by the buyer and will be calculated at the time of payment. In the event that the carrier requires the payment of taxes and duties on international shipments, these must be paid by the buyer.
We are not responsible for late delivery or any other issues once your order has shipped. If your order is returned due to non-receipt, the reshipment is at your expense.
We will deliver the products to the address you provide. Once the order is delivered to that address, we are no longer responsible for it. We will not refund or replace stolen packages or any unrecovered packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Over time, a natural process of wear of your pieces can occur. However, these can accompany you for many years if you take care of them correctly. For this reason, avoid using them while you are in contact with corrosive liquids or chemical substances, as this can accelerate the natural wear process of your piece or even damage it. Likewise, protect them from forceful blows that could compromise their structure.
The silver and bronze we use in our pieces can oxidize as part of its life cycle. In this situation you can clean it with a clean cloth and baking soda, or request our parts maintenance service through our email@example.com.
For glass pieces: keep in mind that glass is a delicate material, so it must be treated with care. To avoid damaging the glass pieces of your jewel, avoid using it during activities that require the use of hand force such as moving furniture, playing any sport, etc. Avoid dropping your jewelry on the ground as the impact may cause it to break. If you have one of our glass jewels that has been damaged and you want to repair it or buy a new one, please contact us.
The parts of non-metallic materials of your piece are made one by one, so their differences make them unique and should not be considered as defects.
CHANGES AND GUARANTEES
If for any reason you want to make a change of a piece SALVÁREA, keep in mind that it can only be exchanged for a piece of equal or greater value that is in stock.
To make the change you must notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 14 days after the purchase is made. Once the deadline has expired, no change requests will be accepted. Remember that your piece must be returned unused and in its original packaging, along with a purchase or gift support. We do not assume the possible shipping costs that the change may generate.
The quality of each piece SALVÁREAIt is analyzed before being sent. However, all parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery. Please note that the unique characteristics of the non-metallic parts of your part(s) are not considered defects.The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or care of the parts, such as falls or blows.Depending on the case, we will decide if it is pertinent to fix the part or deliver a new one.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, send us an email to email@example.com that includes:
- Order number, receipt and / or proof of purchase.
- Name in the order.
- Email address in the order.
- Request or explanation of the facts.
- A photograph showing the damaged area of the item.
The best images are taken on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly visible. We will use this information to help you with your warranty.
Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your change is approved, we will notify you at the email provided.
We do not cover shipping and handling charges for exchanges. In cases where a product is deemed defective, we will bear the full cost of return and/or exchange shipping.
